Our partner specialises in designing, manufacturing, installing, and servicing wind turbines both onshore and offshore.

We are recruiting a Site Manager to join our partners wind turbine team. The team must keep the project on budget and on schedule and ensures current safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all construction activities to monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance by reviewing the work progress daily.
  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging challenges.
  • Analyse, control, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

Qualifications

  • Formal qualification in the field of Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proven working experience in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Knowledge in process safety standards and local legislation.
  • Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written.
