Our client, an Upstream Oilfield Services provider in Nigeria are recruiting experienced Chief Electrician with Land, Swamp or Jackup drilling rig experience to join their drilling team in Q4 2023 in Nigeria.
You will be responsible for supervising, planning and directing the activities of the Electricians, performing electrical work, and related duties as required.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 10/15 years in onshore or offshore drilling operation.
- Experience working as an Electrician/Chief Electrician.
- Land, Swamp or Jackup drilling rig experience.
- Strong leadership skills. Experience coaching, motivating and mentoring others to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid IWCF/Well cap certification.
- Valid International Passport.
- Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates.
- B Eng. or Degree.
- BOSIET/HUET/SASSeaman’s Book.
- Covid Vaccination Certificate.
- Candidate must have the relevant mandataries (STCW, TBOSIET, HUET, GMDSS, OSP and all other relevant Documents.
- Member of a Professional Body is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
