Our client specialises in solving complex offshore engineering challenges through advanced technical expertise, digital monitoring, and innovative engineering solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact engineering projects across the full lifecycle — from concept and feasibility through FEED, detailed design, installation, and decommissioning.
Role Description
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will work within multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of offshore and renewable energy projects. You will play a leading role in design, analysis, and technical delivery while building strong client relationships based on technical expertise and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing and overseeing the design and analysis of offshore foundations including gravity base structures, piled foundations, suction cans, anchors, and installation performance
- Contributing to multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated offshore solutions
- Solving complex engineering problems both independently and collaboratively
- Supporting and mentoring team members by sharing knowledge and technical expertise
- Communicating technical findings and analysis clearly to internal teams and clients
- Contributing to projects that support energy security while advancing responsible and sustainable energy practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree (BSc or MSc) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong experience in soil mechanics and offshore geotechnical design
- Practical knowledge of ground investigation, geotechnical engineering, and geological processes
- Experience performing data assessments and geotechnical analyses
- Proven ability to produce high-quality technical reports and client presentations
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering project environments
